Annual Power Conference

SWE hosts our Annual P.O.W.E.R Conference every February. P.O.W.E.R stands for Professional Opportunities for Women in Engineering and Research. The aim of the conference is to help women in STEM fields improve their professional development skills and network with other women in engineering.

The SWE P.O.W.E.R Conference at UM-Dearborn aims to foster a sense of community and professional development among female students, alumni, and employers in the field of engineering. Through networking opportunities and workshops with industry leaders, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from one another and gain valuable insights. The ultimate goal of this event is to empower, recognize, and support the female engineering students at UM-Dearborn.
